Jili X Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jili x online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at jili-x.com and any associated mobile applications ("the Platform").

By registering an account on jili x, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jili x. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an account on jili x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jili x, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jili x or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Jili x reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

If you no longer satisfy any of the eligibility requirements listed above, you are obligated to cease using the Platform immediately and notify jili x customer support.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jili x. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Jili x is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you notify jili x of any unauthorized access.

Jili x reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it believes that the registration is being made in bad faith.

Account verification ("KYC") may be required before withdrawals are processed. Jili x may request a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Jili x accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful processing.

All funds deposited into your jili x account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Jili x aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) business day.

Jili x does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jili x accepts no responsibility.

Jili x reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

• Withdrawals will only be released to verified accounts.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Jili x may set withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, jili x reserves the right to reclaim the erroneous amount.

Jili x offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jili x promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Jili x reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Jili x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on jili x — including slot games such as Mahjong Ways 2, Fortune Dragon, and Butterfly Blossom; arcade fishing games such as King of Fishing and Mermaid Fishing; and live dealer games — are powered by JILI Games and operate using a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG"). The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results.

By playing any game on jili x, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the player or by jili x.
• The Return to Player ("RTP") percentages published for each game are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the jili x server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Jili x is not liable for any loss arising from a game interruption caused by a network failure, device malfunction, or power outage on the player's side.

The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games on jili x is strictly prohibited. Jili x employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and will immediately suspend any account found to be using prohibited tools.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili x platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, tool, or method to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your jili x account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jili x staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jili x platform or its underlying software.

All content on the jili x platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game assets, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of jili x or its licensors (including JILI Games) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Use any jili x trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of jili x intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jili x and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili x shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or promotional materials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Jili x makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jili x's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Jili x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jili x complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Jili x may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory authorities in connection with their lawful functions. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili x platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with jili x customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

Jili x operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe that jili x has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the appropriate channels.
